Do Virtual Tours
Virtual
tours are a very important part of the home selling process. When you have
a home for sale and it's being marketed on the internet, there must be a tour
present. Internet savvy shoppers will go through thousands of listings
until they find what they are looking for. If there is NOT enough
information, they may rule you out before ever seeing the home in person.
It works a little like this:
 I
am looking for a home on the internet and searching the local MLS web site
I do a search and find ten homes that fit my criteria
I then look at each listing, one at a time
Six have tours and four do not
Out of the ones that have tours, I find four that I really like
I have my realtor make an appointment to show me the four I really like

four homes without tours didn't even make it into the running since I could see
four that I really like**
We
do Virtual Tours for FREE on all our homes no matter what the sales price
is. We also do a tour of all rooms in your home along with still photos of
every room. Virtual tours are a critical part of marketing over the
internet. We sell several homes a year and a large part of them have been
viewed over the internet prior to an appointment being scheduled. If you
have a home to sell and your REALTOR® or sales agent does NOT offer a FREE
virtual tour of each room, maybe you're talking to the wrong person.
