person who acts as an agent or intermediary in negotiating contracts. In this
position the Broker should be trying to get you the best price and terms on a
particular piece of property and or the improvement of the land. It is a fact
that not all real estate license holders are Brokers. They have not all
completed all of the requirements to receive their Brokers License. A
Broker has only your interest at heart and not that of the builder or seller. A
Broker has the knowledge to help you with all of your real estate needs.
